Coriolis mass flow sensor Rheonik RHM20

4 minutes, 21 seconds Read

The RHM20 Coriolis Mass Flow sensor is a 2″ meter designed for general purpose flow measurement without the need for maintenance.  Robust and accurate, the RHM20 outperforms other flow technologies at an attractively low cost of ownership.

Temperature and pressure ranges

A wide temperature rating from -196°C to 350°C means that the RHM20 can be used for an array of applications such as general flow control, plant balance, and package and container filling. High-pressure ratings of up to 799 bars mean that they can be used for more extreme applications.

The unique torsion oscillator design means that the RHM20 is very robust with a long lifetime as there are no moving parts to fail. It also means that the measurements are even more accurate due to their resilience from noise and vibration.

Accuracy

The RHM20 from Rheonik offers accurate measurements to 0.15% mass flow uncertainty from a wide range of mass flow in-between 3Kg/min up to 300Kg/min.

Materials

Meters can be fitted from a selection of wetted materials such as 316Ti, Alloy C22, Tantalum, and super duplex. Seals are manufactured out of PTFE.

Sensors are enclosed in stainless steel as standard, and the terminal box is constructed with epoxy coated aluminium also as standard. 316 stainless steel terminal and enclosure are an option.

Approvals

The RHM20 is approved for use in hazardous zones. It has been approved by ATEX/IECEx in zones 0, 1, 2. North American Approvals have also been granted for Class I, div.1, and Groups ABCD.
